FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check and of course cash.

How do we secure our date?
We require a $200 retainer to secure service.

When is the balance due?
Balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

What if we want the booth for longer then the hired time? 
No problem at all. We have a flat 1 hour fee for overtime.

What if I want to have the booth closed at certain times?
We have done this many times. if for any reason you want the booth closed
during your event you wont lose your contracted time. We have a Booth Idol
just for this reason.

Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee within 75 miles from Hudson, WI

What do you charge for setup and tear down?
Absolutely no charge.

Do we get a copy of the strips on the same night?
Yes. We make sure everyone walks away from the photo booth with a photo strip. If there were 4 people in the photo, we print 4 strips. If there are 10 people in the booth, we print 10 strips. If there are…you get the idea.
During each session your guests get to choose between color or black and white photos, they can even switch it up during the session.

Do you provide props? Does it cost extra?
We pride ourselves on acquiring the best props out there. We have all kinds of hats, mustaches/lips, hilarious signs, glasses and mullets just to name a few. And they are all free to use at your event!

Do you customize the strip for my event?
Yes we will design the strip to match your event. You will then be able to approve the strip.

Can we buy extra pictures after the event?
Even Better you can have them free of charge, we store all photos and strips on our password protected online gallery. Go crazy and download as many as you wish
